3090, Skinner, Skowhegan, ME

Sold!

Skinner Organ Company, Opus 782 (1929).

$15,000

190” High

160” wide (The case is 190” wide, the organ is off-center behind the facade, against the right wall.)

98” Deep.

The console footprint is 65” (wide) x 50” , including the bench.

Expression action is mechanical.

Here’s a charming little organ, 7 ranks plus chimes, compact and expressive. A simple releathering project is all that’s needed to make it useful and reliable for the next generations. Because of its remote location, and the very narrow access to its “insides,” it’s in pristine condition. Stopped flutes and Flugel Horn are especially beautiful. We look forward to hearing from you.
